Sok-O RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
 Sok-O RETAIL CUSTOMERS:
Any Sok-O products may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund if purchased directly from Sok-O, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, is unused, and in new condition. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges. A restocking fee will be charged for products returned for refund. (10% for returns $250 or more, $20 for returns $50-$200, $10 for returns under $50).
Products returned for credit toward a future purchase will not e charge a restocking fee. There will be no credit given for shipping and handling charges. Freight will be charged on any subsequent purchase using the credit balance. If product was purchased elsewhere it should be returned to that dealer or store. Sok-O will not process refunds for retail customer for items purchased elsewhere. Any Sok-O product may be exchange within 90 days of date from purchase if received by Sok-O unused and in new condition. A shipping and handling fee will be charged.
A return authorization number and return form must be obtained before returning the product to Sok-O. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return and return form.
DEALER/STORES:
Sok-O products may be returned for a refund or credit as long as the product is unused, in new condition and can be restocked. Credit to be determined base on the item is an older and/ or discontinued style.
A restocking fee will be charged. (10% for returns $250 or more, $20 for returns $50-$200, $10 for returns under $50).
Dealers with credit terms will have their account credited. Dealers with COD terms will have a credit put on their account. Dealer paying by Credit Card will receive a refund on their credit card. Dealers are to handle all non-warranty returns and exchanges of merchandise for their customers. This includes size or product exchange. If Sok-O handles a size exchange instead of the dealer, the customer will pay shipping both ways. Other exchanges or returns will not be handled by Sok-O for Dealer customers.

Shipping Delivery Time
We usually ship your order within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, a delivery confirmation email will be send to you with carrier tracking number. Please feel free to access our order tracking page to track your shipment.

Calculating Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for orders from our online store depend upon the carrier and option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Items Requiring Special Handling
Oversized and extremely heavy products (over 75lbs.) requires a special surcharge from most carriers. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the product. Our system will completed your purchase without calculating shipping charge. One of our customer support agent will contact you with amount of special shipping rate. Please note that each shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will be contacted by the shipper within 7 business days to arrange a specific time for delivery.

Is it safe to enter my card number online?
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secured server, which encrypts all submitted information. We utilize SSL and Verisign technologies to protect your purchase information.
To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers provided to our online store are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. After you type or call it in, your complete credit card number is transferred to this secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.
